BARECA Team participates give 2 material workshop namely the Food Marketing and Food Photography. For the class of Food Marketing delivered by Ir Peter Gandamana, MM, which explains the concept of marketing in the food and beverage business, strategy and tactics in the face of competition. Food Photography for classes delivered by Imam Saparisman and Kanno Sardella explains the basic techniques of camera work, exposure, the camera angle, composition, styling tips, and practice activities photographing their food or beverage products.
To peserta workshop average commented that this accelerated program required for business beginners who want to improve their business through increased production, network expansion, and increase profits. Bonnie explains that in the year 2019, This program will be held until 5 batch, with the first curatorial system.
