Eric also said that one of things which make Amuz special is that the menu found in Amuz will exactly be different with the menu that may exist at any other restaurant. “We offer the menu which are our own creations. Chef Gillex Marx, Chef Founder of Amuz Gourmet, has created the menus which were inspired by classic French cuisine, but in more flexible application. A fish-based cuisine such as John Dory fillets, for example. We make a little more dynamic improvements to its main ingredient, so as to present something more special to our customers,” said Eric. He added that, in addition to classic and contemporary menu, degustation menu is also best-selling menu in Amuz.
